At Soundsoil, I oversee marketing, branding, and design, with a focus on creating a clean and trustworthy online shopping experience. I designed and refined the Shopify storefront to improve product organization, strengthen visuals, and streamline the path to conversion. Alongside the digital experience, I developed the product branding, packaging, and logos, keeping the look organic, simple, and easy to remember. I also manage Google AdWords campaigns, direct product photography, and handle site updates to support the company’s ongoing growth.

The Team

I manage marketing, branding, and design, working alongside the product’s creator and supported by Google associates for AdWords strategy. My focus has been creating a clean and trustworthy online shopping experience that strengthens customer confidence and supports growth.

Strategy

Our approach is driven by what we learn directly from customers. Feedback on products, purchasing patterns, and seasonal demand all shape how we update the storefront, refine branding, and adjust marketing efforts. This keeps Soundsoil relevant, responsive, and aligned with customer needs year-round.

Planning

Offseason work focuses on preparing for the next sales cycle. This includes developing a new YouTube channel to address common customer questions by demonstrating how to measure and apply the product, while continuing to create fresh marketing and educational content.

Together, these efforts have helped Soundsoil establish a scalable online presence, increase customer trust, and expand sales nationwide.

Design and Launch

From the first launch of our Shopify site, we quickly realized how much customer behavior could shape our direction. Most of our sales came through mobile devices, so for the second launch we shifted to a mobile-first approach, ensuring a smoother, faster, and more intuitive experience for mobile users. Alongside this redesign, we rolled out new Google campaigns and integrated Shopify’s email marketing tools to strengthen customer outreach and drive repeat sales.

We rolled out the updated mobile-first Shopify site to better serve the customers we were attracting. This redesign focused on optimizing the mobile experience, making it easier to browse, shop, and convert, while supporting new marketing campaigns and email outreach through Shopify.
